Marou

Marou was founded by Samuel Maruta and Vincent Mourou in 2011. Both French, the two met in Saigon and after leaving everything behind in order to reinvent themselves as “Faiseurs de Chocolat” (Makers of Chocolate).

At Marou, we use exclusively selected Vietnamese cacao beans and transform them into “bean-to-bar” chocolate from the ingredient sourced in its country of origin.
