Chairwomen of at L & A Investment Corporation (L & A Holdings)

As a serial entrepreneur, Le has gained both success and failure in the following industries: Human Resources, Social Media, Vocational Training. Le’s current job is at L & A Investment Corporation (L & A Holdings) where she leads the strategy and coordinates resources to support the growth of the companies in the group, including Le & Associates – HR Outsourcing and Services, KingBee – Marketing Operation Services, Nesso – BPO in Image and Data Processing and CxO Search – Job Matched and Culture Fit Placement.

She founded and has served as chairwoman for the group since 2001, growing from 5 to nearly 10,000 employees during the last 16 years.

To help creating more jobs of better income for skill workers in her remote hometown, she acquired a small business in early 2015 and buildit into “Nesso” to deliver image and data processing services to offshore clients in Australia, Europe, Japan and North America.

She co-founded and serves as Vice President of external affairs of Ho Chi Minh City Association for Women Executives and Entrepreneurs (HAWEE) with 195 members since 2015; Initiator and Mentor in SME Mentoring Program for 300 start-ups in Vietnam since 2012. Previously, she co-founded and served as Vice Chair of 2030 Businessmen Club – Saigon Times Group of 250 business and executive members from 2003 – 2010 and also Vice Chair of the Young Business Association of Ho Chi Minh City (YBA) with 800 business members from 2006 – 2011.

She was selected to represent Vietnam in the Program of Woman Leadership Mentoring in 2007 by the U.S. States Department in Washington D.C; which opened her eyes to how international affairs/international economic and commercial integration may bring significant benefits to individual countries or enterprises if one is properly prepared to play its part. In her professional capacity, she has been promoting both professionalization of domestic Vietnamese businesses and their integration in international community in more substantial ways, and facilitating relations between Vietnamese businesses and their International counterparts.
